What's your opinion on this? Do you enjoy the holiday cheer with all the people singing carols all day long during this time of year or do you just want to go out and blast them with a bazooka?
Me, I'm more the bazooka type, but I have recently gotten into a thing called the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Amazon had three CD's and a DVD for $30.00 so I got to have a little fun listening to it.
TSO = classical orchestra + rock guitars. It's still that annoying holiday crap but it's not as wussified.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra? They sound pretty damn entertaining. They're also coming to the Hartford Civic Center the day after Christmas. I want to see them so bad. It's like it's an entirely different version of Christmas music.
Other than that, I don't usually have a preference. As long as it's not constantly played, I'm fine with it.

Bringing this back up from the "dead" due to it being another year of Christmas!
I have a favorite song that really fits my personality, so to speak. It's called The 12 Pains of Christmas, and, well... It's about twelve things that really like to piss you off during the holiday season. It's a pretty cool song. And I hate some of the stuff they mention in the song to begin with. If you haven't already heard it before, I highly recommend that you check it out.

As I said elsewhere, "12 Pains" = brilliant. It's by Bob Rivers. www.bobrivers.com/audiovault/tunes/tunestop30.asp(It's listed #8...and you can download it! I suppose I should answer this, eh?Me, I'm somewhere in between "cheer" and "bazooka". I suppose it depends on what song it is and how well it's done.
