Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of asparagus, sliced into half-slices 1/2 cup of beansprouts 1/2 cup of red bell pepper 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced 1 tablespoon of shallot, minced Juice of 1 freshley-squeezed lime
Directions:
In a frying pan, heat the sesame oil until it is smoking
Quickly add the sesame seeds, asparagus, shallot, ginger, and garlic
Stir-fry for 1 minute
Add beansprouts and red pepper
Stir-fry another minute
Remove from heat and add soy sauce and lime juice
Toss thoroughly
Serve
Voo-Lah. You have sesame asparagus.
